Hi folks!
I was scrambling trying to finish some books to write about this week. I have a tendency to read multiple books at one time. I like to think about it like changing stations on TV. The problem with this approach is that it takes me awhile to finish books.
I thought I would share with you what I am currently reading and if you have read (or are reading) any of the books, would love to hear what you think.

Make it fast, cook it slow is great! I’ve used a ton of those recipes, posted quite a few on my blog.
I am a bit of a cookbook hoarder… I believe I have the mark bittman cookbook. I have to go look because I have a few of his. LOL! Enjoy cooking from it.

I’ve read “Heat”, “Kitchen Confidential”, and “My Life in France”. I loved all of them! There’s nothing like foodie reading!
I’d also recommend “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle”, by Barbara Kingsolver, and anything by Michael Pollan.
