One of my other guilty pleasures (especially on a cold day after a run) is having a Bloody Mary and the foods mentioned above, french fries, hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, anything that it is socially appropriate to eat with ketchup.
So, you can imagine my excitement when Food Network offered an insert on condiments (mustard comes in right after ketchup and Bloody Mary’s). We served this at our BBQ last weekend and it was popular but I think it is best with some oven baked french fries, which I sampled the day before.
Bloody Mary Ketchup
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup horseradish
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix and enjoy.
Now if I could figure out a recipe that includes vodka, I’d be all set!
