In an effort to keep introducing you to new bloggers, I have started the Weekend Reading series. This is a chance for me to share with you some of my favorite bloggers and I hope you check them out.

This weekend, I would like you to meet T.R. from No One Likes Crumbley Cookies. I got to know T.R. from the love blog hop. He is our fearless leader and guides us as we pick out themes each month and keeps us organized. We are technically co-leaders, but between getting ready for the baby and other big writing projects, T.R. has done most of it on his own and has been doing a great job!

The love blog hop is a chance to connect with other food bloggers under a central food theme. You can sign up to host if you plan to post the first weekend of the month, and after that, anyone can link their posts to the group. For readers, it’s a great way to find lots of recipes with a common ingredient. For bloggers, it’s a great way to connect with other bloggers and increase your readership. Next month’s theme is Asparagus, so if you have any good recipes you are planning to make, let me know if you would like to participate as a host or contributor.

In addition to guiding us love blog hoppers, T.R. offers readers tons of gluten-free recipes on his blog, No One Likes Crumbley Cookies.

I have been reading more and more as we are discovering that Manatee has problems with wheat. If you have problems with gluten, or you’re just curious about gluten-free cooking, you should definitely check him out by going to his blog @ http://tcrumbley.blogspot.com/.

Asparagus is the theme for April’s love blog hop. Asparagus: Yay or nay?
